NYAMBURA ROBI BYLER

Nyambura Robi Byler settled in this community 20 years ago. She is happily married to Jon, they are the parents of three adult children, two daughters-in-love, and the prettiest and most intelligent granddaughters in the world! Her position as a student advisor and Cultural Navigator has allowed her to meet and interact with Swahili speakers from Congo. These African brothers and sisters have inspired her to work together so this community can thrive in their new home. The people's resilience is unmatched.

Pastor Isaac

Pastor Isaack Congo to Tanzania in 1996 With his family and 3 siblings In 2016 they relocated to Lancaster he lives here with his wife and 5 children He has assisted many in the community by helping during job orientation, translation, transportation, and hosting.

Emmanuel Malobi Balidja

His family fled from the war in Congo and found refuge in Uganda in 2002 Emmanuel, his wife, and their children arrived in Lancaster in 2017 Emmanuel has Volunteered in the community to help people who are resettling in our community by transportation, interpretation, and being present when the community needs him. His welcoming smile and cheerful attitude towards life have made many feel welcomed. He appreciates the peace in this community and educational opportunities for his children in this country. His dream is to see every New American be employed so they can provide for families.

ASSISTANT SECRETARY

Furaha Diane

Furaha Diane and four of her siblings relocated to Lancaster from Rwanda in 2013. She has since married Mfaume and they are the parents of four handsome boys. Furaha is a busy mom, yet she finds time to connect with others in the community. She interprets, provides transportation, and buys diapers for mothers of young babies. On Most Tuesdays, you will find her at a local market buying fresh food for her family and others in her community. Her easy laugh and bright smile endear her to the hearts of all who meet her.

Pastor Jean Baptiste Paluku Mulovery

His family fled from Congo to Uganda in 2009 In 2016 they relocated to Lancaster. He is married to Jeannette Masika, they are the parents of 9 beautiful children. Jean resettled in Lancaster with experience in advocacy for people's souls as a pastor and freedom as a trained Human Rights Advocate. He has assisted the community in interpreting during appointments, transportation, and finding employment. He warms everybody's heart with his joyful exuberant personality
